Proud To Present Winter 2016 - Bringing Christmas Magic to Weddings, Christmas Fayres and Corporate Christmas Parties at Some Fantastic Venues - Thank You All
I believe a large part of any success I have had in 2016 is due to face to face networking; people doing business with people. At EON (the event organisers network) this is done at a number of brilliantly put together social evenings hosted by some of Bristol and Baths best venues; this winter social was held at the unique and stunning Arnos Vale Cemetery. People in the event industry helping people in the event industry ...... makes sense to me :)
This winter I am proud to say I've forged a strong working relationship with The Bristol Pavilion performing a number of Christmas parties at their awesome venue. I was very impressed with both the Massey Cladding Solutions and Brightside Christmas parties; everything was spot on from the attention to detail to the professional staff. Massive thanks to Marc for having faith in me, hope I did you proud!!!
Being booked via Marc's recommendation for the Brightside gig and through having met Ben from Massey Cladding at the Bristol Pavilion's open evening I am proud to see the effort and commitment to networking in 2016 is paying dividends and I look forward to working with the Pavilion in 2017
It wasn't only corporate parties over the festive season I was over the moon to help make Kim and Stewart's wedding day that bit more magical at the stunning Coombe Lodge. I was with Kim and Stewart for the whole day performing during both the champagne reception and for two hours in the evening.
The event was an absolute giggle; 20's themed and Clevedon Hall's guests were a delight (I even manged too get to my friends in Guildford, albeit by 12:09 haha)
You can see from my new hair do that I was having a blast and fully didn't want to leave this brilliant party.
My Juicy Orange Coffee Shop is a small but perfectly put together coffee shop in Weston near Bath. I met David at a BNI networking morning and impressed with my friendly energy at 07:00 in the morning he called and gave me the opportunity to perform a parlour magic stage show, to promote their hot chocolate and strudel evening. The event was a great success and I am looking forward to performing there again this year.
Highlight of my Winter season ...... this guy arriving halfway through the night (I clearly found it hilarious that we were both dressed the same).
The magic was a resounding success but I stand by the fact that so much of this is down to the relationship built between performer and audience and in being truly awesome Kim and Stewart's guests more than did their part to help with this.
Having such a busy November and December I wasn't too concerned I had no gig planned for New Year Eve .... this changed when James from the superb and elegant Clevedon Hall saw my details on Linked-in.
